Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 September 2026. This policy sets out what we collect on primeconsumers.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
Prime Consumers Inc., 700 17th St, Suite 1500, Denver, CO 80202, USA, runs primeconsumers.com and is responsible for personal information handled through it. You can contact us at info@primeconsumers.com or on +1-303-555-5555.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email or call, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Technical data. Our web hosting generates standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you and the time of your visit. We use these for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics. If analytics are switched on, we look only at overall patterns — which articles are popular and on what type of device — not at individual visitors.
The newsletter form
The sign-up form on our home page works entirely inside your browser. When you submit it, the address is checked for a valid format and a confirmation message is shown. The address is not sent to a server, not stored by us and not passed to anyone else. If we ever connect a real mailing list, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before collecting any address.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. One remembers your choice on the cookie banner so it does not reappear on every visit; others may support basic analytics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although the banner may come back.
How we use information
We use information to answer correspondence, keep the website secure and available, understand in broad terms which articles readers find useful, and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on routine infrastructure providers such as web hosting, a content delivery network and, where enabled, an analytics service. They handle limited technical data on our behalf and are expected to keep it confidential and use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Analytics may be retained in aggregated form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Colorado and other U.S. state privacy laws — you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to certain uses, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email info@primeconsumers.com and we will respond within the time allowed by applicable law.
Children
This site is meant for a general adult audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Updates to this policy
We may change this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and we will describe any significant changes here.
